- Commercial Leases: Our commission is 10% of the total annual rent paid by the lessor and lessee, plus 18% VAT.
- Long Leases: We charge half of the first month’s rent plus 18% VAT paid by the lessor and lessee.
- Short Leases: Our commission is 10% of the total rent paid by the lessor and lessee, plus 18% VAT.
- Sales: We charge a commission of 5% plus 18% VAT, which is payable by the property owner upon sale.
- Sole Package: For property owners who choose our Sole Package, we charge a commission of 3.5% plus 18% VAT upon sale.
